In general, it is found that the cost of printer is very less but their cartridges are very expensive. To counter this, refilling market has emerged in a large scale worldwide and has saved 50 – 90% of printing cost.We have developed world class technology to refill widest range of cartridges for Inkjet, Toner, Copier, Plotter, black & colour and use finest quality inks & toners to deliver premium quality print.Our workshop is equipped with unique & one of the most sophisticated facilities including indoor air quality control mechanism which safeguards our workers from harmful toner dust while refilling.
Now the company has come up with an amazing a concept of Community Rental Printer for Schools / Apartments. The plan goes like this –

Many residents are buying printer for school project works & ticket printing
Their average printing requirement per month – only 5 to 10 pages

Investment on new printer – Rs. 5000 to 15000

Cost of cartridges – Rs. 500 – 1500 depending on printer model

General problems faced – Ink dryness, expensive consumables, maintenance issues

At times, when cartridges are empty and they require just 1 or 2 prints, people go outside to print rather than investing Rs. 500 – 1500 on new cartridges. Apart from this many printing shops are located near odd places like alcohol shops, and also their print quality are not upto the mark. People do need prints at mid night or a holiday when shops are not open. Very few vendors are successful in refilling inkjet colour cartridges and so most of the residents are compelled to buy only originals

To counter these challenges, we have come out with this solution…

We will provide a colour printer inside premises of an Apartment
Welook into maintenance & cartridges and charge a nominal annual subscription charge of Rs. 708/- per head
Free prints per year – 90 pages per head
Printing cost after 90 free prints – Rs. 5 per page

Printing includes – Black / Color
Copier – Optional, users can also scan & print
We will provide a printer with page counter which counts only total number of pages printed, the responsibility of tracking who is printing how many lies on the group
Printer & consumables supply & maintenance – Our responsibility
Total 4 cartridges shall be supplied along – 2 blacks & 2 colors, at a time the user can print a maximum of 500 black pages & 150 color pages from each cartridges.
In case they need operating system along, it will attract Rs. 708 extra per head
If the printer is physically damaged or stolen, the group needs to bear the cost
Upon completion of contract period, if not renewed, we shall take back the printer & consumables along with any accessory provided.
